Cancellation and Refund Policy
We operate a cancellation policy when our product does not meet your needs. Should you wish to cancel a licence and obtain a refund for any reason please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanging licences
If you would like to exchange a licence for one of a different type please contact us and we will discuss the options with you.
Cancelling a licence
You have the right to cancel your licence within 7 working days from the date of payment of the licence fee for a full refund. To cancel your licence please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of purchase, quoting the licence code(s) you wish to cancel.
Apsis Business Components Ltd has the right to cancel any licence where payment is declined, subject to a payment card chargeback or is found to be the result of a fraudalent or otherwise illegal action.
Where licence(s) being cancelled have already been activated and cancellation causes the activiating account to have no remaining valid licences, it will no longer be possible to access or amend any data in the Apsis system until a valid licence has been purchased and activated into the account.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds the same day we receive your request and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
